Hi, I'm Nadine Ayalah. Known online as Miss Ayalah.

This is my digital diary where I chronicle my spiritual and personal journey, including my practices, my studies & findings, and my evolutions.

I've decided to openly document my developments due to a deep calling to express what is in my soul.

Hiding and suppressing my words, my art, and my desire to heal and be healed has been suffocating, isolating, and destructive.

I know in my bones that I'm not alone in this feeling.

By leading the charge on breaking my own silence, I hope to inspire and empower others to break free from their own limiting beliefs and prisons.

My intent is to awaken the soul's consciousness and encourage ego death. By accomplishing this, we can begin unraveling our true selves.

When we collectively embrace living authentically, each of us claiming our unique gifts and pursuing our specific callings, the world will transform into a more kind and loving place.
